In honor of Earth Day, we want to take a moment to introduce our rat boi team members and highlight the importance of sustainability in the fashion industry. Our team is made up of passionate individuals who share a common goal of creating a positive impact on the environment in their every day lives as well as promoting ethical practices in the clothing industry.
According to a report by the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, the fashion industry is responsible for 10% of global carbon emissions and 20% of global wastewater (Ellen MacArthur Foundation, 2017). Additionally, the equivalent of one garbage truck of textiles is landfilled or incinerated every second, according to the Textile Exchange (Textile Exchange, 2020).Â
 We believe that Earth Day is a crucial reminder to all of us to take responsibility for our actions and work towards a greener future.
