RETURN POLICY

Returns

We want you to love your RAT BOI wears. If you aren’t fully satisfied, please initiate a return within 15 days of receiving your item. We accept returns on any new and unused items (with the exception of personal items) that have been return postmarked within 30 days from the date of your order.  All items purchased using a sale or coupon code are also final sale and are not eligible for a return.  Customers are responsible for return shipping (except in the case of a domestic return for store credit).  We offer refunds and store credit which will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt of the return.  

Personal Items

All masks & intimates are considered personal items. For sanitation reasons, we are not accepting returns or refunds on any mask or intimate items.

Apparel

All apparel, and one of a kind items are returnable for refund or store credit. They must be unworn and in resealable condition with all tags intact to be elligible for a return. Friendly reminder to please be extra careful of makeup, deodorant, etc when trying on clothing as we can only accept returns on unworn, unused items in the same condition they were received. RAT BOI monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Send us an email.

  2. Please include your order number and a brief summary of the items you would like to return.

  3. A member of our returns team will assess eligibility and help with your return or exchange.

  4. A return label will be emailed to you. Print and affix to a mailer. Make sure to cover any old postage that may still be on your mailer.

  5. Drop off your return to your nearest US Postal Service*

    *Please make sure your return is dropped off and scanned 30 days from the ship date to avoid being charged and/or to receive your refund. Please only send returns using our pre-paid labels so we can track your returns. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our own return labels.

EXCHANGES

Due to our small batch model and fluctuating inventory, it is difficult for us to provide exchanges.  If you would like to exchange one item for another the best way to ensure you get your new piece is to file a return, and place a separate order for the item you would like.  

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for our team to process your return.
