RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY

We want you to love your RAT BOI wears. If you aren’t fully satisfied, please initiate a return within 15 days of the delivery date of your item.  We gladly accept returns and exchanges for any new and unused items (excluding personal items*) purchased at full price, unless otherwise specified. Items obtained with a bundle discount or coupon code are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns must be return postmarked within 7 days from initiating the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping on returns for refund back to the original payment method (except in the case of an exchange or domestic return for store credit). We offer exchanges, refunds and store credit which will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt of the return. 

A gentle reminder to exercise caution with makeup, deodorant, etc., during clothing try-ons, as we can only accept returns for items in unworn, unused condition, exactly as they were received. Any unauthorized returns or items sent back in unsellable conditions which include, but are not limited to, deodorant stains, pet hair, missing tags, and odor/fragrance, are subject to rejection upon processing and no refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued. 

RAT BOI monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 

*Personal Items

All underwear are considered personal items. For sanitary reasons, we are not accepting returns exchanges or refunds on any personal items. Bras and camis are eligible for return or exchange so long as they are unworn, sellable condition with all original tags still attached. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for our team to process your return. Return shipping for refunds to the original payment method will be deducted from your return. Return shipping for domestic exchanges or returns for store credit is free. 

  1. Visit our returns portal.

  2. Locate your order number & shipping zipcode.

  3. Add the items you want to return by clicking on the product.  Eligible items will show as white.  Ineligible items are greyed out. 
  4. Choose from an exchange, store credit, or refund.  Provide more information on why you are hoping to return this item. Please note, we take all customer feedback seriously when designing new pieces - this is your opportunity to have a say in the future fits and styles of your rat boi wears :)

  5. A return label and packing slip will be emailed to you. Print and affix label to a mailer, and include the packing slip with your return. Make sure to cover any old postage that may still be on your mailer.

  6. Drop off your return to your nearest US Postal Service*

    *Please make sure your return is dropped off and scanned within 7 days from initiating the return. Please only send returns using our pre-paid labels so we can track your returns. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our own return labels.

Please allow 1-4 business days to pack your orders.  Domestic standard rates will ship via USPS from our warehouse in California.  International orders will ship via DHL Express.  You will receive tracking info via email when your order ships. 

Domestic Shipping

We offer $6.50 flat rate shipping which ships via USPS First Class Mail and $30 flat rate expedited shipping.  Shipping is free on orders over $125 in the US. 

International Shipping

We offer between $20-$40 flat rate shipping for international orders depending on shipping destination shipped via DHL Express.  Unclaimed or abandoned packages will not be eligible for refund or replacement. Packages returned to sender will be refunded for the amount less shipping fees. If shipping costs are substantially higher due to a remote location (as categorized by DHL), a team member will reach out to collect the shipping balance. 

Customers are responsible for duties and taxes owed in their respective countries.  DHL will reach out to collect taxes and duties if applicable. If the customer is not able to be located, or the package is refused as a result of failure to pay duties and customs fees, the package will be destroyed per DHL's policy. We are not responsible for any packages that have been unclaimed, refused or destroyed and will not be able to provide refunds in this case. 

RAT BOI is not responsible for shipping delays, damage, or loss. Please keep an eye on your tracking number and track your packages to your doorstep to ensure a safe delivery.  We automatically opt customers into Route package protection at checkout. This is insurance for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Orders placed without purchasing Route package protection will not be eligible for replacement.
