Our ankle length dream skirt is made with over 2 yards of breathable 100% woven cotton gingham creating a flowing drape and flattering silhouette on every body. It has an elastic waistband, finished hemline, and pockets at either side seam. Yes, this skirt is truly perfect in every way. It is designed to be worn at the waist but can be worn at the hips for a baggy look (and is styled both ways in the product photos).
